Actually, when I was changing jobs, I didn’t have many opportunities to actively choose and think. Finance is not an interesting job in the first place. It is full of mechanization and dealing with digital tables every day. It's a bit funny to say that when I first arrived, I thought the financial work here was very simple, but over time, I realized that this seemingly simple job requires the most time to learn. Today, my work scope includes budget and report analysis, monthly accounting processing, expense approval and other personnel and administrative related financial processing, etc. Behind the seemingly uncomplicated financial system isICRCDeveloping extremely rigorous financial analysis methods for more than 150 years. No matter how experienced a financial analyst is, if he cannot take time to learn and studyICRC, I am afraid that I will not be able to start with this seemingly simple report.

· Diverse working atmosphere

Aside from the financial work content itself, fresher work experience comes from the unique industry background and working environment. With diverse work content and rich colleagues’ experiences, your experience and horizons have been broadened. Colleagues take the opportunity to exchange food, wine, customs, and culture from various countries, and have a great time!
