During the two-month social practice, I worked in the Board Office of Hainan Nongken Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Director Office").
My major and research direction is modern Chinese history. When I first arrived at the unit, I couldn't help but feel that there was a certain gap between what I learned and what I used. In this regard, I constantly adjust my thinking and vision, so that I can integrate into the new environment as soon as possible and contribute to the unit.
What impressed me most about in many surveys was the experience of cutting rubber in person. In order to get close to the grassroots level, personally experience the glorious history of agricultural reclamation serving the country, and to better do a good job in policy research, company system construction, etc., my colleagues and I went to Hainan Rubber Western Union Branch and Jinlian Rubber Processing Branch to gain an in-depth understanding of the latex collection, production and processing processes.
At 5:30 am on October 23, we set out to Xilian Farm to learn about rubber planting and cutting, and under the guidance of the rubber worker, we personally cut rubber. The season for Hainan’s rubber cutting is from March to December every year.
After the rubber cutting, we came to the Baolian Wood Factory of Haiken Forestry Group, where workers are working hard for the Winter Olympics bid "w88 live casino Sled Center-Shade Wood Beam Project". Haiken Forestry Group has invested a lot of manpower and material resources in this project to carry out scientific research and try to build it into a "step-down" for industrial transformation and upgrading.
Our main task during this trip to Hainan is to deeply understand the w88 live casino, enhance social responsibility awareness, and improve our comprehensive quality. After working in Hainan Agricultural Reclamation for more than a month, I have been engaged in a job that I had never been exposed to before.
