I am Dai Changzheng from the School of International Relations, University of International Business and Economics. I have been teaching for decades. For the college teachers, I emphasize the need to use lofty goals to lead, gather with sincerity, and unite with doing things and starting businesses. I often talk to teachers: "In school, personal fame and family are secondly, and the most important thing is to teach students well. Colleges and universities are places to cultivate talents. Teachers must first be good coaches and then academic athletes." For more than ten years, I have done my best in the position of dean, and have prepared for anything in advance.

About what "success" is, I often say to students, "Success is not what you have achieved, but what you have done in your position. Glow in any position, make achievements, do something thoroughly, and do what others cannot do, and you are a successful person." The feelings of family and country are indispensable for successful people in the true sense. People with such feelings will start from a high point, ignite their infinite power, constantly make progress, and realize the value pursuit of life.
