For example, our former principal Sun Weiyan and Dean Xu Shiwei were both from the south, so they often invited us to have dinner at their homes on weekends. Of course, the conditions at that time were relatively poor, but even if they bought a few eggs and fried them, we still ate deliciously.

Every teacher is like this, whether they are older or younger, which provides me with a good role model for my future work and life. Lin Jianhai: The road of life is very long, no one can know what kind of situation will happen in the future life. For myself, if I want to do my job well in the future, I think the most important thing is to treat people with sincerity and sincerity. For example, when I entered the International Monetary Fund, what I remember most deeply is that there was a senior economist who helped me a lot. I was very sincere in asking for advice and learning from him, and he was also very patient. Others say that this economist has a weird temper and seems to be very impatient. How can he manage his relationship with you so well? Therefore, I think it is very important to treat others with sincerity, the same with your boss, the same with your peers, and the same with your subordinates. Only by doing this can your bosses value you, your colleagues trust you, and your subordinates will help you. Second, think more about others and less about yourself.
