There are many advantageous projects that can be developed in the Shilou agriculture, culture and tourism industry, but the biggest problem encountered in the development process is funding. To solve development problems and stimulate the endogenous driving force for the integrated development of agriculture, culture and tourism, we must turn blood transfusion into hematopoiesis. After anchoring this goal, Liu Yuyang's first task after taking office was to prepare for the establishment of a town-owned cultural tourism platform company. After many interviews, he found out and confirmed that the Tang Dynasty poet "Jia Dao" (from Fanyang in the Tang Dynasty) was a native of Shilou Town, Fangshan District, Beijing today. His tomb is located in the Jia Gong Temple in Erzhan Village, Shilou Town. When it was verified by the Fangshan District Cultural Relics Protection Institute and awarded as a cultural relic protection unit, Liu Yuyang locked on the resounding local cultural IP of "Jia Dao", and the company name "Beijing Shilou Jiadao Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd." was about to come out. With tenacity, he explored the Jia family tree and traveled to 12 villages in the town within two weeks under the scorching sun. Finally, on June 28, 2024, the company was successfully registered. According to the overall plan of Mazhuang Village in Xiangzhou, the existing B&Bs were renovated and upgraded. Liu Yuyang led a team of students to write a 50,000-word "Grade B&B Improvement Plan and Project Plan" and hired experts and teams from four universities to guide the thorough renovation. In just a few months, two mottled old brick and concrete houses in the disaster-stricken village were transformed and were awarded Grade B and Grade C B&Bs in Beijing respectively, achieving an important breakthrough in upgrading the level of rural B&Bs in the town.
Shilou Town is rich in products of high quality, including organic fruits and vegetables, edible fungi, sturgeon caviar, puffer fish, mulberry leaf tea, chicken, high-gluten flour, and rose cakes, to name a few. But good things cannot be sold at good prices. They must be designed as a whole, packaged as a whole, and marketed as a whole. Therefore, Liu Yuyang visited and researched 16 agricultural enterprises in the town, designed the town's cultural tourism souvenirs and the "Shi Lai Run" logo, packaged and promoted Shilou gifts, and prepared and launched the test version of the WeChat mall mini program of the town's e-commerce platform. Successfully connected with the Joint Purchasing Center of Food Raw Materials of Beijing Universities, breaking through barriers to entry, guiding six companies to improve corresponding qualification materials, ensuring food safety and traceability, promoting local high-quality agricultural products to enter Beijing universities, and realizing "agricultural-w88 casino docking" resource sharing and mutual benefit. Through the "Digital Jingcun" project, we are preparing to build the "Digital Stone Tower" applet, and negotiate with the agricultural, cultural and tourism enterprises in the town one by one to promote the entry of all enterprises in the town into the applet and complete merchant training.
