The meeting first listened to President Xia Wenbin’s explanation of the “Amendment (Draft) of the Constitution of the w88 casino”.
Xia Wenbin pointed out that in order to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important speeches on higher education, deepen the reform of education evaluation in the new era, promote the implementation of law-based governance, and use the charter to lead the w88 casino to create a multi-disciplinary, digital, and global world-class university, the w88 casino has launched a new round of charter revision work. In accordance with the spirit of the "China Education Modernization 2035" and the Ministry of Education's "Interim Measures for the Formulation of Charters of Colleges and Universities" and the Ministry of Education's Opinions on Further Strengthening the Rule of Law in Colleges and Universities, w88 casino established a w88 casino charter construction leading group at the end of December 2020 to formulate an implementation plan for the charter revision work. The revision of the charter was carried out in a meticulous and interlocking manner. All leading departments and coordinating departments were mobilized to work together to revise the charter, and organized personnel discussions. After listening to the amendment (draft) of the charter, the participants comprehensively and carefully reviewed the amendment (draft) of the charter and put forward opinions and suggestions for modifications. Finally, the Standing Presidium of the Eighth Teachers’ Congress unanimously approved the charter amendment (draft).
In the second session of the meeting, Jiang Chun led all participants to focus on studying the newly promulgated "w88 Union Law". She interpreted the background and process, main highlights, and significance of the revision of the w88 Union Law from three aspects, and explained the content and provisions of the new w88 Union Law.
