Measures for handling disciplinary violations in civil service examinations: Lifetime ban for three types of behavior

China News Service11month24Recently, the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the "Measures for Handling Discipline and Violations in the Civil Servant Recruitment Examination"(Trial)》. The "Measures" stipulate that if an applicant is found to have committed three types of behavior, including collusion to cheat or organized cheating during the examination or marking process, the applicant will be banned from applying for the civil service examination for life.

It is understood that these measures are formulated to standardize the identification and handling of disciplinary violations in civil servant recruitment examinations, strictly enforce examination discipline, and ensure fairness and impartiality in the recruitment work.

The "Regulations" require that if an applicant is found to have one of the following circumstances during the examination or marking process, the civil service examination agency or recruitment agency will disqualify him or her from the examination, and the civil service department at or above the provincial level will ban him from applying for the civil service examination for life:

()Those who are found to be colluding in cheating or organized cheating;

()Having another person take the exam for you or pretending to be another person to take the exam;

()Other violations of disciplines and regulations that are particularly serious and have a bad impact.

The "Regulations" state that if the applicant has objections to the determined facts of violations of disciplines and violations, he or she may submit an application to the agency that made the handling(Organization)Make a statement and plea. If the employment is cancelled, you may apply for review or lodge an appeal in accordance with relevant regulations.
