The Pingbei Anti-Japanese War Martyrs Memorial Hall is composed of three parts: the martyrs cemetery, the monument, and the memorial hall. The cultural relics displayed in the exhibition hall are weapons and daily necessities used by the Pingbei military and civilians from 1933 to 1945, showing the historical facts of the Pingbei military and civilians resisting the Japanese invasion. Vividly using painting, sculpture, landscape reproduction and other methods, it takes us back to the smoke-filled years of the Anti-Japanese War.

After entering the park, party members and comrades first visited the "Glorious Example-Exhibition on the Construction of Party Style and Integrity of the Communist Party of China during the Anti-Japanese War".

Later, party members and comrades paid tribute to the Pingbei Anti-Japanese War Martyrs Monument and visited the Pingbei Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall. The exhibition consists of four parts: the prologue hall, the main exhibition hall and the tail hall. The four themes of "Anti-Japanese beacon stirred up Pingbei", "Fighted with blood and won victory", "Red flag fluttered and stood in Haitu" and "Red spirit keeps moving forward" respectively narrated the background of the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War in Pingbei, the whole process of the army and people's active resistance to Japan and the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, and the construction of the Pingbei Anti-Japanese Base Area to maintain the red spirit.
