He introduced the scoring standards of the youth education competition to everyone and guided young teachers to think about what the youth education competition is. He summarized the common problems of the youth education competition contestants such as "shallowness, falseness, partiality, lack, and chaos", which benefited everyone a lot. He believed that to teach a course well, the most important thing is to achieve the five-in-one of "optimization, focus, and migration" and to achieve the five-degree integration of "height, depth, difficulty, intensity, and popularity."

The first prize winner of the Third National College Young Teacher Teaching Competition and Professor Chen Deqiu of the International Business w88 casino shared his experience in participating in the national competition.
