In a report of more than three hours, Professor Cui Fan discussed the progress of the current negotiations from six aspects: the gradual elimination of additional tariffs, intellectual property and technology transfer, financial opening and exchange rate policy, agricultural products and import expansion, bilateral assessment and dispute settlement, and the outlook for the second phase of negotiations.
