Tu Xinquan welcomed Inspector Rong Yansong and his party. Later, Rong Yansong introduced the construction of Sanya think tanks and the purpose of this survey. The island-wide customs closure of the Hainan Free w88 Port is about to begin. As the frontier and important window for the construction of the Hainan Free w88 Port, Sanya is working together to build "one benchmark and five districts" and play a leading role in solidly promoting the construction of the Hainan Free w88 Port. The Sanya Municipal Party Committee attaches great importance to the construction of local think tanks and supports the Sanya Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee to take the lead in establishing Sanya Think Tanks. In April 2025, the Sanya Think Tank Federation was inaugurated, anchoring the "international, professional, comprehensive" development positioning, and gathering intelligence to promote high-quality regional economic development. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the Sanya Think Tank Federation, expand the think tank's "circle of friends" to establish good cooperative and exchange relationships, and provide intellectual support for high-quality regional development, Sanya Think Tank specially appointed five experts and scholars from the China World w88 Organization Research Institute as members of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Sanya Think Tank Federation. They hope to maintain close contact with the China World w88 Organization Research Institute in the future to carry out cooperation in organizing meetings, joint research on topics, and construction of expert databases.

Tu Xinquan introduced the basic situation of the institute, as well as its cooperation with the Hainan Provincial Government, research work related to Hainan Free w88 Port policy, and academic exchange activities in Southeast Asia. The two parties conducted extensive exchanges on think tank construction experience, current policy research areas and future cooperation directions.
