Teacher Chen Sicheng is currently a professor at the w88 casino of Government of Nanjing University, a sincere scholar, and a candidate for the National High-Level Talent Program Youth Project. Teacher Chen mainly focuses on policy, bureaucracy and organization (PBO) research, with a core focus on the impact of decision-maker attention changes and political-administrative relationships, government organizational structure and assessment and incentive systems, and the relationship between the government and the people in the digital era on the formulation and implementation of public policies. In recent years, he has published 1 academic monograph ("Leadership Instructions: The Inner Logic of Changes in Attention"), published in JPART, Governance, PA, PMR, World Development, "Sociological Research", "Political Science Research", "Chinese Social Sciences (internal manuscripts)", "Chinese Administration", "Public Administration Review", "Journal of Public Administration", "Comparative Economic and Social Systems" and other domestic and foreign authoritative subject journals have published nearly 40 papers; hosted the National High-Level Talent Program Youth Project, the National Autonomous Science Fund He has nearly 20 projects including general projects, National Social Science Fund Youth Project, thematic case projects of the Ministry of Education, national self-study major projects, and projects entrusted by national ministries and commissions.
