Professor Ginsberg gave a lecture titled "Economic Analysis of Antitrust". First, he briefly introduced the legislative provisions of US antitrust laws, so that the audience could understand the basic professional background. She first introduced the differences in the origins of intellectual property and competition law. She then discussed the issues of patent hijacking and reverse hijacking. She believes that taking into account the initial investment of patent holders and other factors, reverse hijacking will have a greater negative impact on the market and cause more serious damage to innovation.
