Therefore, Liu Bo explained the main content of this topic and how to carry out construction. At the same time, he also talked about the current situation and challenges faced by the construction of Beijing International Exchange Center, and emphasized that the level of urban modernization governance needs to be further improved.
Later, Liu Bo proposed that the construction of my country's international exchange center should draw on the experience of the construction of New York, London, Paris and Tokyo to perfectly integrate the old city with the modern city. Finally, he also put forward eight suggestions for the construction of an international exchange center, focusing on the establishment of an international exchange development fund, a forum for countries along the Belt and Road, and international cultural construction.

Humanities and Social Sciences Research Direction
The research direction of humanities and social sciences was briefly introduced by two moderators. This research direction consists of five research items: contemporary rule of law, social public management, public welfare development, targeted poverty alleviation design and development, and green and low-carbon economy.
In addition to the wonderful interpretations by guest teachers, this research and counseling meeting also had outstanding team leaders from previous Huiyuan Cup competitions sharing their competition experiences.
