Professor Huang Yong first introduced the development rules of global antitrust laws, and then combined his own experience to review the process of legislation, amendment, implementation and institutional improvement of my country’s Antitrust Law. In the context of promoting high-quality development and realizing Chinese-style modernization, he explained the importance of strengthening the basic position of competition policy and implementing corresponding legal guarantees. In addition, Professor Huang Yong also specially interpreted the relationship between antitrust supervision and the China Securities Regulatory Commission system. On the one hand, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, as a policy-making authority, must comply with the requirements of the fair competition review system and prevent the issuance of policy documents and regulations that eliminate or restrict market competition; on the other hand, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, as a member of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of the State Council, must play a relevant coordinating role in my country's regulatory ecosystem.
