w88 login News Network (contributed by Law w88 login)On the afternoon of May 29, Mr. Du Gankun, Chairman of the Hong Kong Bar Association and Senior Barrister, visited our college’s “Shen-Feng Famous Faculty Lecturers” and gave our teachers and students a wonderful lecture entitled “Recent Developments on Dispute Resolution in Hong Kong and Opportunities for Future Generations”. Mei Xiaying, Dean of the w88 login of Law of the University of International Business and Economics, Zhang Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Associate Professor Lu Jiefeng and other teacher representatives, as well as more than 200 students of all grades of the college's undergraduate and graduate studies, and lawyers from well-known law firms in Hong Kong and the Mainland attended the lecture.Lecture byAssociate Professor Lu Jiefeng hosted.

Lawyer Du is currently a mediator of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, an arbitrator of the Royal Chartered Arbitrators Association, and a non-executive director of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. He has rich experience in commercial and equitable disputes, including international arbitration, equitable and trust law, estate, corporate law, banking and financial disputes, etc. In the field of alternative dispute resolution, Mr. Du is also arbitrator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, a member of the Financial Services Dispute Arbitration Tribunal and Procedure Committee, and a member of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Committee.
