Lawyer Du is currently a mediator of the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution), an arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a non-executive director of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. He has extensive experience in commercial disputes and equity disputes, including international arbitration, equity and trust law, inheritance, company law, banking and financial disputes, etc. In the field of alternative dispute resolution, Lawyer Du is also an arbitrator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center, a member of the Financial Services Dispute Arbitration Tribunal and Procedure Committee, and a member of the Shanghai International Economic and w88 Arbitration Commission.

Mr. Du Gankun gave a wonderful speech from two aspects. The first is to introduce Hong Kong’s legal system. It mainly focuses on Hong Kong’s legal system, the country’s 14th Five-Year Plan, litigation and arbitration in Hong Kong, the development of mutual enforcement of arbitral awards between the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the current status of the dispute resolution system in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The second is to introduce the many employment opportunities for future law students. The skills and improvement methods required for international employment opportunities are introduced in detail.
During the exchange session, the participating students actively raised questions about the study of British and American law, the procedures of international arbitration, new employment opportunities, and specific ways to master the international employment skills of law students.
