Strengthening problem awareness and adhering to problem orientation are a distinctive feature and a successful experience in comprehensively and strictly governing the party since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. To ensure that the "two studies and one action" study and education carried out throughout the party achieves actual results, the key is to follow the requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping, "highlight the problem orientation, learn with problems, and correct actions according to problems" and solve problems throughout the entire process of study and education.
In the past few years, our party has focused on improving work style, strict discipline, and strong systems, and the overall quality of the party members has been greatly improved. However, it must be noted that the ranks of party members are loose and disorganized and do not live up to their name to varying degrees. Problems such as party members' weak consciousness, wavering ideals and beliefs, and lax political discipline are not isolated phenomena. At the same time, the problem that intra-party organizational life is not serious, serious and regular has not been well resolved. Party member education and management still need to be improved, and some weak and disorganized grassroots party organizations still need to be rectified. "Two studies and one action" Learning and education is to solve problems. If the problems are not solved, it will become a mere formality and go through the motions. Whether learning education can achieve actual results depends on how well the problem is solved.
Only when you study with problems can you learn deeply; only by correcting problems can you make effective changes. Regarding the specific problems to be solved in the "Two Studies and One Action", the study and education plan issued by the central government summarized it in "five focuses". The specific plan for study arrangements issued by the Organization Department of the Central Committee clearly clarifies the key issues to be solved by all party members and party members and leading cadres at or above the county level. For every party member and cadre, these issues are still a general summary, and they need to be compared and refined based on their respective realities, so that they can be more accurately focused and solve the problems in a targeted manner. By studying the Party Constitution and Rules and the series of speeches based on your own specific problems, you can continuously unlock ideological buttons and correct cognitive deviations. By learning and correcting your own problems, correcting as soon as you know them, solving specific problems one by one, and doing specific things well, you can continuously achieve self-improvement and self-improvement.
How well you learn and how well you solve problems depends most fundamentally on whether political awareness, overall situation awareness, core awareness, and alignment awareness are firmly established; whether you conscientiously practice whatever the Party Central Committee advocates; resolutely oppose whatever the Party Central Committee prohibits; and whether you have effectively solved the problems of "not being aligned" and "not being aligned." The actual effectiveness of "Two Studies and One Action" must ultimately be reflected in promoting central work and promoting the development of the party and the country, in motivating party members and cadres to boost their spirits, demonstrate new achievements, and play a pioneering and exemplary role, and in activating and strengthening grassroots party organizations. Party organizations at all levels must carry out learning and education guided by solving problems, and guide learning and education in-depth with the orientation of achieving practical results.
