English College:Steadyly promote the reform of talent training model

Teaching work continues steadily
This year, the w88 casino of English undertook the teaching workload of 76 undergraduate courses, totaling 14,199 class hours, and 16 distance college courses (totaling 992 class hours), and successfully completed the established undergraduate teaching tasks. The college supports teachers and students to go abroad for exchanges. Professor Jin Bing was selected to receive the 2014-2015 Sino-US Fulbright Senior Visiting Scholar Program. In mid-2015, the college carried out various student activities featuring language, holding English speech contests, English debate contests, business English mock negotiation contests, English drama contests, English singer contests and other activities. In order to meet the needs of students' professional quality improvement and comprehensive development, the college actively creates opportunities for students and encourages students to participate in various academic competitions and interest-based competitions. The college also provides opportunities for students to go abroad. In June 2015, two teachers, Qian Jingjing and Zhang Shuling, majoring in financial journalism from the w88 casino of English, led the college’s Grade 12 and 13 students in financial journalism and some Grade 12 Business English students to the Beijing headquarters of Bloomberg News Agency in Financial Street to participate in weekend training on Bloomberg terminals.
