A total of 48 people, including directors of offices of 15 departments (departments) in the w88 casino, teaching management personnel, and relevant personnel from the Academic Affairs Office and Personnel Office, participated in the training.

Director Qiu Hongwei and Deputy Director Zhu Chuanchen, who are responsible for undergraduate evaluation and construction work, respectively put forward requirements for the evaluation and construction work at this stage. Director Qiu pointed out that the situation facing the construction of the Evaluation and Construction is very serious. On the one hand, we still have a lot of work to do, and on the other hand, we have extremely limited time.One month, only 5 months before the formal evaluation. These 5 months also include summer vacation, weekends, May Day, and National Day. In fact, we have very few working days left, so it can be said that time is quite tight. Deputy Director Zhu then pointed out that there is still a big gap in the current evaluation and construction status of our w88 casino, and there are shortcomings in many aspects.

Director Qiu introduced the characteristics of our w88 casino’s training plan and the revisions over the years. at presentThe 2002 training plan has been implemented for nearly 4 years. When talking about some problems that arise during the implementation of the training plan, Director Qiu pointed out that some major training plans were not considered carefully when formulating, which led to frequent revisions later; some course settings were changed, causing considerable problems to the management of students' course selection; some major courses were too many, and the number of major students was limited, resulting in some elective courses not meeting the requirements for opening classes and being forced to cancel.

Talk about2006 edition of the training program, Director Qiu emphasized that he hopes that all departments will integrate the discipline basic and professional courses in the professional training program, reduce the number of courses, and increase the single-course credits for the main courses. The current progress of the revision work is not very ideal, and the results of the revision are still far from expectations.

Deputy Director Zheng Dongxiao of the Academic Affairs OfficeThe 2006 graduation thesis work has put forward requirements, and the focus of teaching evaluation this year has also changed. It has changed from the previous work in the past three years to the focus of the work in the past year, but this has also put forward higher requirements for the work. After entering the w88 casino, experts mainly go to the classroom, check test papers, and read papers.

Deputy Director Zheng also reported on the recent work of cleaning up the trial student status. The work has not been completed yet, but the general situation is clear. The proportion of students with academic difficulties is still increasing, and the number of students who are academically eliminated is also increasing.

Xu Yuhang, head of the Multimedia Center of the Academic Affairs Office, introduced the operation method of using the comprehensive academic affairs system to complete the audit of students' academic performance. Xu Yuhang introduced that the w88 casino is developing systems and using computer system review methods instead of the original manual review methods will greatly improve work efficiency and accuracy.The academic review work of the 2006th class can refer to the system audit data results.

Zhou Bo, the Teaching Management Department of the Academic Affairs Office, summarized the problems encountered in the entry, scheduling and selection of tasks in the last semester, and put forward specific issues and requirements that should be paid attention to in the work of this semester.

As an important indicator of the evaluation and construction work, Director Shi Wei of the Personnel Department made a speech on related issues such as the standardized management of part-time teachers in our w88 casino. Qi Weihong of the Personnel Department put forward specific requirements for filling out the employment contract and registration form for external teachers.
