The first sub-forum was themed “Strategic Game between Great Powers and China’s National Security”. The guests discussed topics such as the credibility of the security commitments of declining hegemons, agile security governance in the digital era, Sino-U.S.-European relations during Trump’s second term, the Hong Kong issue under the Sino-U.S. strategic game, the evolution of the logic of the Sino-U.S. strategic game, and technological hype in the competition between great powers.
The second sub-forum is themed “World Political Changes and Evolution of International Order”. The guests discussed topics such as the U.S. "maritime hybrid war" strategy and its practice, the logic of destructive contraction in the early stages of hegemony's decline, the impact of "reactionary" hegemons on the changes in the international order, the offensive realism shift in geopolitical games, the strategic evolution of intelligent arms races, and the technological logic of the rise and fall of great powers.
The third sub-forum was themed “The Rise of the Global South and the Transformation of Global Governance”. The guests discussed topics such as the reconstruction of the discourse power of global climate governance, the progress of global development financing governance, the generative logic of compliance among international organizations, the cognitive gap in global artificial intelligence governance, the driving logic of national participation in global artificial intelligence governance, the construction of African ethnic political databases, the reasons for the rise and fall of terrorist organizations, deep sea security research hotspots and future growth points, global South industrial chain cooperation, regional composition of international order, and order consciousness in the global South.
The fourth sub-forum was themed “Regional Situation Trends and Regional Governance Prospects”.
