In the lecture, Zhao Zhongxiu systematically sorted out the evolution of global tariff policies from the perspective of economic history. By comparing the six major shifts in global tariff policies since the Industrial Revolution, he pointed out the historical depth of the cyclical laws of tariff wars and the core logic of the Trump administration's w88 war.
