Professor Feng Xiaoqi took the title "My Trip to Karamay to Aid Xinjiang" and affectionately shared his three-year journey of aiding Xinjiang. Young teacher Yang Siyuan shared his insights on aiding Xinjiang for one semester based on the national conditions and education practice of new teachers. While participating in the National Conditions Education, Yang Siyuan focused on students' diverse development needs such as employment, further education, and scientific research, designed teaching content in layers, and took into account both practical skills and academic improvement. On the frontier podium, he deeply realized the power of resonance between higher education and national development. Looking back on his personal growth, he summarized the improvement in three dimensions: In terms of teaching ability, he completed his "debut" on the university podium and learned to design courses based on student needs; in terms of scientific research perspective, he sorted out the literature research context through project applications and academic lectures, which inspired his own scientific research thinking; in terms of responsibility, he deepened his understanding of the mission of university teachers to "educate people for the party and educate talents for the country." He said frankly that aiding Xinjiang allowed him to complete the dual role transformation of teacher and student. Wang Maobin pointed out in his concluding speech that the work to aid Xinjiang is an educational relay that spans thousands of miles, and it is also a national condition lesson that walks on the frontier of the motherland, allowing teachers to understand China, understand the border, and understand the times on the front line of serving the country's strategic needs.
