First of all, Lin Guijun gave a keynote speech entitled "Modern Regionalism: Informal Governance Structure in the Multilateral Trading System". He analyzed the origins of the emergence of modern regionalism and its important differences from old regionalism, and expressed his views on the new regionalism of "small countries next to big countries", "attracting foreign investment competition", and "giant" regionalism.FTA" and other characteristics were explained in detail. Wang Xiaohong’s topic is “Participating in Global Governance and Deepening Domestic Reforms”. Cui Fan gave a speech on the topic of "Evolution of Global Investment Liberalization Model and my country's Negative List Management of Market Access". He put forward the clear point of view that "pre-establishment national treatment plus a negative list is not the only model for investment liberalization, and the absolute obligation to open the market for investment may become a component of investment liberalization." He also preliminarily discussed the institutional construction path for my country's market access negative list. His professional and in-depth explanations promoted the atmosphere of the meeting. Guests present actively asked questions, and the interactive effect was excellent.

Huang Yong focused on the theme of "establishing the basic status of competition policy" and pointed out that supply-side reform is closely related to issues such as antitrust and competition policy. He emphasized that the "competitive neutrality" system is closely related to the central government's current structural reforms, breaking monopolies, and encouraging innovation. However, when accepting this concept and system, the development of the domestic economic system and the relationship with foreign w88 and investment must be fully considered. If China wants to participate in global governance, it must formulate a system that is in line with the laws of China's market development and the laws of global w88 and investment, and improve its own competitiveness. This has led to an imbalance in the supply of global governance and the existence of a deficit, which has a particularly negative impact on China. He also summarized the differences between the global governance advocated by my country and the existing global governance of the United States. He also emphasized that China still needs to learn to participate in global governance and complete the transformation from a "student" to a "teacher".

Li Changan’s topic is “Correct View of China’s Investment-driven Development Model”. He believes that China's investment-driven development model should be viewed correctly and the driving role of investment should be valued, but attention should be paid to issues such as "adjusting the investment structure", "transforming government functions", and "improving investment efficiency". China's traditional investment-driven economic development model needs reform, but it is necessary to prevent overcorrection and adhere to a development path driven by a win-win situation for investment and consumption.

Liu Debing talked about his feelings from the perspective of the front line of international w88. He believes that “the time has come for China to fully and proactively participate in global economic governance,” but he must not rush for success. When conducting global economic governance, “we must not only think about what others have done in the past, but also what Western bigwigs such as the United States and the European Union are doing now and in the future.” He also mentionedEITI(Extractive Industries Transparency Action Plan),CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility),ESG(Environmental Social Governance) and other concepts, I hope that the w88 casino can do some research on these hot issues in the world during the process of world economic development and economic globalization.

Li Zhijun introduced the new changes in global economic governance at the beginning, proposing that the current economic governance "cannot fully adapt to the changing requirements of the international division of labor" and is "weak in preventing and responding to financial crises." He suggested that China should actively participate in global economic governance, continuously improve it while maintaining the existing overall economic governance framework, strengthen active cooperation with the international community, and actively participate in and promote the reform and improvement of the global governance system.

Meng Dahu discussed the theme of "China's asymmetric pattern and policy choices in the transformation of the global economic governance system." He analyzed the current situation and basis for judgment of the rise of asymmetric patterns in the financial field and decline in the w88 and investment field, and expressed some of his questions about the areas involved in economic governance and how the "Belt and Road Initiative" should be implemented as the "handle" of economic governance.

Peng Xianggang expressed unique insights on "Frontier Issues of Government Regulation in the Context of Economic Globalization" and analyzed "supply-side reform issues" and "China's participation in global governance issues" from the perspective of regulation. He emphasized the difference between "regulation" and "governance". Regulation is a norm, system, and tool, while governance is a concept, behavior, and organizational structure. The two cannot be confused. He believes that "supply-side reform is a readjustment of the relationship between the government and the market as a whole, and a repositioning of the government's role." Research on regulation must look at the causes of overcapacity and the positioning of government-enterprise relations. The focus of supply-side reform should be on government regulation, and the government's regulatory changes in the economic field should be used to promote and protect supply-side reform.

The theme of Wu Changqi’s speech was “Bilateral Investment Protection Agreement in the New Model of Major Power Relations between China and the United States.” He pointed out that the economic ties between countries in globalization transcend political governance structures, and competitive neutrality is a good thing, which shows that state-owned enterprises are conceptually accepted as market participants. In addition, he also used data to show that there is no evidence that China’s current antitrust practices favor local companies or attack multinational companies.

Zhang Yan believes that China needs to increase its voice in global governance by providing public goods in economic governance, learning from established practices or systems, and summarizing my country's experience and lessons in macro-control, thereby forming a Chinese model and considering whether this development model can be extended to other developing countries.

Zheng Juntian shared issues in customs business reform with the topic of "promoting w88 facilitation and promoting interconnection". Competition includes state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, and neutrality means that the government must be neutral. The global economic governance issues to be discussed in this forum are more illusory issues besides the above three. One important aspect is state capitalism, which mainly includes "powerful national departments, factor control, and extensive industrial interference."

Through this forum, industry experts and scholars jointly discussed how my country can adapt to the requirements of changes in the global economic governance system, how the government can optimize traditional governance mechanisms, and other major issues that must be faced and solved during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period. It is believed to be of great significance in promoting the reform of global economic governance oriented toward economic transformation and promoting the sustainable development of the Chinese economy.
