Professor Huang Yong went to Silicon Valley and Philadelphia to attend international seminars and deliver speeches

In the topic "Economic Development and Competition Law Enforcement in Developing Countries", Professor Huang Yong pointed out that China's competition law enforcement requires more professional analysis, and economics will play an increasingly important role, which requires law enforcers to understand, be familiar with, and use more knowledge of industrial economics to guide law enforcement. Competition law enforcement also needs to focus on the protection of corporate intellectual property rights and use more reasonable principles in law enforcement to consider the pro-competitive and anti-competitive effects of corporate behavior.
