Jackson Moot Court Competition" was successfully held. This competition has been founded by the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) and is technically supported by the World w88 Organization (“WTO”) Secretariat in partnership with several world-renowned universities and high-end international law firms. It is the highest level student moot court competition in the WTO field and the highest platform to test global WTO law teaching achievements.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the holding time of this competition has been adjusted several times, and it was finally determined to be held online. In addition to the w88 casino team ("UIB Team"), participating teams in the East Asia Regional Competition also include teams from well-known domestic and foreign universities such as the National University of Singapore, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University, Wuhan University, and Peking University w88 casino of International Law.

This year’s International w88 casino team consists of Ren Xiaohan, a 2016 student from the “Excellent Foreign-related Economic and w88 Legal Talents Experimental Class” (“Excellent Experimental Class”), and Ge Yue, a 2018 student from the Law w88 casino, serving as the main debaters, 2 Five students including Wang Xinyi, a 2019 international law master's student, Xu Kuan, a 2016 undergraduate student, Zhang Duanning, a 2017 "Excellence Experimental Class" student, Wang Haoxu, a 2017 undergraduate student, and Qian Yuting, a 2018 undergraduate student, served as researchers. After they won the national championship in the "China WTO Moot Court Competition" in December last year, they did not dare to slack off and immediately started intense preparations for international competitions. The five researchers quickly started supplementary searches. The main debaters Ren Xiaohan and Ge Yue absorbed it in time and made corresponding adjustments. The next day, the University of w88 and Economic Cooperation team played against the traditional strong team Tsinghua University. In the final, the University of w88 and Economic Cooperation team met another traditional strong team - the National University of Singapore team. Although the other party has the advantage of English as his native language and strong court defense skills, the contestants from the University of International w88 remained calm and composed, advancing step by step according to the established rhythm. With solid professional skills and mastery of legal precedents, they responded to the sharp questions constantly raised by the judges with reasonable evidence, which fully demonstrated the consistent elegance of law w88 casino students in international moot court competitions. Although they finished in second place with a narrow gap, the judges were deeply impressed by the excellent performance of the USIM team.

On this occasion, the European Council has officially approved the Multi-Party Provisional Appeal Arbitration Arrangement (MPIA), which has brought a glimmer of hope for important WTO members such as the EU and China to explore ways to resolve disputes in multilateral dilemmas. The wonderful performance of students from the Asia-Pacific region in this competition has allowed the world to see the hope of the multilateral trading system.
