The Capital Female Professors Association was established on March 8, 1994. It is a social organization voluntarily formed by female professors from higher education institutions in Beijing, China, and registered with the Beijing Municipal Societies Office and has legal person status. The Capital Women Professors Association is a corporate member of the Beijing Women's Federation, and its supervisory unit is the Education Working Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee. The Capital Women Professors Association completed the sixth session of the Board of Directors in September 2020. The current president unit is Beijing Institute of Technology, and the president is Professor He Haiyan of Beijing Institute of Technology.
