1月7日上午，赵忠秀校长一行拜访内蒙古自治区人民政府，与内蒙古自治区人民政府副主席、党组成员杨进，内蒙古自治区能源局党组书记、局长于海宇，内蒙古自治区商务厅副厅长郭周明就校地共建、内蒙古高水平对外开放、干部培训、选调生招录等议题进行会谈。
