In the lecture, Minister Counselor Ma Yansheng introduced the historical background, basic elements, basic models and other concepts of global governance, sorted out the history and current situation of China and global governance, rooted in history, and gave his own experience. Minister-Counselor Ma Yansheng combined his own work experience and feelings, gave examples, listed numbers, and talked about what he saw, heard, and thought. He pointed out that my country still faces many difficulties and challenges in participating in global governance, especially the pressure on talents.
