Tang Xiaobing first introduced his experience in working as a text secretary in the Secretariat of the former General Office of the Ministry of Foreign w88, becoming a multilateral w88 negotiation official of the General Agreement on Tariffs and w88 in 1980, joining the International Textile and Clothing Bureau in 1986, joining the United Nations Conference on w88 and Development in 1987, and joining the WTO in 2002. The lecture allowed us to understand the origin, development and evolution of the post-war multilateral trading system; to understand how multilateral work is carried out in international economic organizations; and to understand what Chinese people can do in international organizations to comply with international rules and serve their own country. Currently, there are not many Chinese people in international organizations.
