This forum focused on the theme of "Implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and think tanks promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities." Hundreds of experts and scholars from the national think tank and ideological and theoretical circles discussed the missions and cutting-edge hot spots of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics in the new era, contributing wisdom and strength to the construction of an independent knowledge system of Chinese philosophy and social sciences and the modernization of the decision-making consultation system.

At the meeting, the China Think Tank Research and Evaluation Center of Nanjing University released the 2024 supplementary list of CTTI source think tanks, outstanding achievements and the top 100 university think tanks. The best case of think tank construction declared by our institute, "International Think Tank Construction World w88 Organization's Third Phase Teaching Chair Project", stood out from 306 think tank construction cases applied across the country and was selected as CTTI's 2024 Outstanding Think Tank Construction Case.
