Reporter: Dong Yuan

Cao Yinan, a 2017 student majoring in administration at the w88 casino of Government Management, held many student positions in the class and w88 casino during his time at the w88 casino. During his undergraduate period, he actively participated in social practice and scientific research projects, and won honors such as being an active member of the w88 casino's social activities. The team he joined won the "National Excellent Team" and "Best Communication Award" in the Chinese University Student Social Practice Knowledge and Action Promotion Plan. He studied hard and won the w88 casino-level second-class and third-class comprehensive scholarships many times. Served as an intern at the Beijing headquarters of Nestlé (China) Co., Ltd. and TAL Education Group. He has successfully entered Peking University and will study for a master's degree in public policy at the w88 casino of Government of Peking University.

The road to postgraduate entrance examination: determine the direction and accumulate step by step

"There is no road longer than feet, and there is no mountain higher than people. First of all, you must believe that you can reach the other side." When recalling her road to the postgraduate entrance examination, Cao Yinan used Wang Guozhen's poem to describe her mentality at the time. Since setting the goal of the postgraduate entrance examination, this mentality has accompanied her, allowing her to measure the road to the postgraduate entrance examination with persistent efforts, and her footsteps are stable and powerful.

During the winter vacation of his junior year, Cao Yinan began to think about the future. After comprehensively weighing her personality, interests and career plans, she found that the postgraduate entrance examination was the best solution at the moment. After that, she chose Peking University, China's top university, as her target w88 casino. Regarding this choice, she explained: "If I want to take the exam, the process must be arduous, and then I want the result to be worth it for me." After several years of undergraduate study at the w88 casino of Government , inspired her intention to pursue further studies in the social sciences and laid a solid knowledge foundation for her professional disciplines. At the same time, the business atmosphere of the University of International w88 made her deeply interested in economics. Therefore, she set her sights on the public policy major of the w88 casino of Government of Peking University and made steady progress with this goal.

Starting from the winter vacation, she first focused on professional courses while preparing for the exam, and also followed up on the review of English and politics. Start preparing for the English test in February, review professional books from March to August, improve notes, and conduct the second and third rounds of review from September to October. At the same time, I start reviewing politics. I sprint in the last month before the exam, memorizing knowledge points repeatedly and taking mock tests. Just like her usual study, she made a comprehensive and systematic plan for her postgraduate entrance examination review and followed the plan step by step. The process of preparing for the exam is boring and long. In order to improve learning efficiency and ensure effective study time, Cao Yinan never brings her mobile phone to the library to study, and maintains about ten hours of multi-disciplinary study every day. Confidence and persistence are essential on the road to postgraduate entrance examinations.

In learning, hold the stones from other mountains in your hands and grasp the path under your feet. The postgraduate entrance examination experience of her seniors has been of great help to Cao Yinan. She has keen insight, is good at learning from outstanding peers, and keeps the right direction. At the same time, she also firmly believes that the person who knows us best is always herself. No matter what others choose, she still needs to think carefully and choose the method that suits her best based on her actual situation.

The postgraduate entrance examination is a self-cultivation. When asked how to deal with pressure, Cao Yinan admitted that it is normal to have an abnormal mentality during the postgraduate entrance examination. Disappointment, doubt, and pressure are almost unavoidable. Sometimes the end of the road is not always spring, and hard work does not always bring positive rewards. She suggested that if students cannot control the collapse of their mentality, then they should not be too obsessed with adjusting their mentality, focus on what they are doing at the moment, insist on doing practical things, and stick to the determined beneficial direction. The years are long and worth the wait. The result of the postgraduate entrance examination is something that is not very controllable. If there is no regret in the process, all results can be accepted. There must be a bright future at the end of the road.

Student work: Sincerity and growth all the way

In addition to studying, Cao Yinan actively participated in student work and served as class monitor and director of new media operations of the Admissions Affairs Department of the College Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Group. When talking about the Admissions Affairs Department, she positioned it as a "warm home". In a team of more than 30 people, every member knows each other and has a tacit understanding. The instructor is kind and lovely, and the entire department is full of human touch and humanistic care. All these gave her a full sense of belonging while studying in a foreign country.

When she was entering high w88 casino, Cao Yinan had a phone call with the staff of the Undergraduate Admissions Office. The kind words on the phone formed her first impression of the University of International w88 and provided her with great help. After coming to the University of International w88 and Economics, she joined this department as she wished, hoping to pass on the warmth and help she received then, contribute to the w88 casino's enrollment work, and let more senior high w88 casino graduates feel the warmth of the University of International w88 and Economics.

In the past few years of working in the student organization, Cao Yinan has grown rapidly. Not only can he skillfully use many office software skills, he has also learned to handle interpersonal relationships more properly, developed communication and expression skills, and can better balance study, life and work in terms of time management. The benefits brought to her by student work are priceless, and most of her happiness and growth in college are related to admissions. This unique memory will always accompany her in the rest of her life.

Putting what we learn into practice: we will eventually flow into the river

If the past days were poetry manuscripts, the summer vacation at the end of freshman year would be the most shining part of Cao Yinan’s college memory. Through some coincidences, Cao Yinan joined a social practice team midway. He departed from Beijing and took a train to Shiyanfang County, Hubei Province to start a week-long teaching activity. She is mainly responsible for copywriting and publicity work, recording and publicizing the process of supporting education in Fang County. Cao Yinan's practice team eventually won the "National Outstanding Team" and "Best Communication Award" awards from the Chinese College Students' Social Practice Knowledge and Action Promotion Plan. This social practice was mainly to promote environmental protection knowledge. While bringing a sense of meaning to Cao Yinan, it also allowed her to get closer to the society and the reality composed of words in social science textbooks.

After leaving Shiyanfang County, Cao Yinan traveled to Wuhan and came to Shanghai. Together with several other teammates, he launched a study on the current situation of elderly care services in Shanghai. She said: "Contemporary China has a prominent population aging problem. How to improve the happiness of the elderly and how to meet the physical and psychological needs of the elderly has become a very real issue at this stage." Based on this, Cao Yinan and her teammates had an in-depth understanding of the different models of Shanghai's elderly care institutions. They inspected various types of elderly care institutions, including medical nursing homes, open community nursing homes, elderly service centers, etc., and experienced the construction of elderly care facilities in new and characteristic cities. Only when knowledge is truly applied in practice can it be smooth and smooth. The topic of this survey is very relevant to her own major, which makes her eyes no longer limited to schools and textbooks, and opens up a new pattern for her future study. Various novel and humanized elderly care services gave her a visual and emotional impact. She saw the gap in elderly care construction between her hometown and Shanghai, and began to think about how to promote these new elderly care models nationwide, which also strengthened her professional choice.

Internship experience outside of campus is a unique asset she possesses. While interning in Nestle's e-commerce department, Cao Yinan met many outstanding people, including many students from the University of w88 and Economics. She saw different living conditions in them and was inspired a lot. The working atmosphere in the department is harmonious and warm. With a proactive learning mentality, she strives to learn from the leaders in the department and understand the basic knowledge of finance. "The important thing for me in this first internship is not what I do, but seeing what others are doing." The internship is a window that broadens our horizons. Through this window, we explore the industry outwards and understand its operating rules and work content. At the same time, we can also observe ourselves in reverse, analyze ourselves, understand what we like and want, and become more certain about the path we are taking.

Finally: Firm and believing

When asked to describe herself in one word, Cao Yinan chose "slowly". If life is a deck of cards, instead of playing more aggressively, she would rather slow down, ignore the noise in her ears, plan well, and play her cards slowly, calmly, steadily, and without haste. There is no need to hesitate and be anxious. The sun in this world is strong and the water is gentle. What should come will eventually come, and what should be met will be met slowly.

As we shuttle among the crowds, we inevitably fall into the dilemma of "the peach blossoms follow the flowing water all day long, and where is the hole in the clear stream?" We are carried away by the crowd and don't know where to go. If a ship doesn't know which port to sail to, the wind in any direction will never be a tailwind. Faced with many choices, Cao Yinan believes that one should make choices and give up, and firmly do what she thinks is truly worth it. When classmates around her flocked to study abroad and take exams, she recognized her real interests and strengths, and the path she chose. She emphasized many times that "your own rhythm" should not be disrupted, persisted, maintained confidence, and pursued her passion, always being firm and believing.

At the end of the interview, Cao Yinan expressed her love and gratitude for the University of International w88 and Economic Cooperation. "The University of International w88 and Economics has given me many opportunities. She has given the students of the University of International w88 and Economics great freedom. It has also allowed me to meet many outstanding peers and grow into a better version of myself."

Farewell to Huiyuan, the days ahead are long, I hope Cao Yinan can keep his own pace, and be relaxed and relaxed in the changing and not fierce rhythm of life, no matter how the years pass by.
