First of all, President Yu Haichun warmly welcomed the newly hired teachers on behalf of the members of the team. It also stated that the college will provide practical guarantees for young teachers in scientific research and teaching to solve their worries; Second, pass on their own work experience to young teachers in the college to mobilize the enthusiasm of young teachers; Third, use the educational thought of the former Soviet educator Makarenko to educate young teachers, explore the relationship between "education and love" and "love and strict management", and guide young teachers to think about how to be a "four good teacher".
Vice Dean Lu Weixia advocated young teachers in the college to use their love to handle daily teaching and scientific research affairs with young teachers, and discussed the relationship between teaching and scientific research with young teachers, and called on young teachers to pay attention to the balance between work and life.
Vice President Li Ming exchanged with young teachers on the project approval of the Ministry of Education of the College and put forward the following suggestions: First, the topic selection of projects to apply for project approval should be based on serving the major national strategies; Second, call on young teachers in the college to get out of the academic comfort zone and carefully select research fields and directions; Third, encourage young teachers to cooperate in teams and strengthen scientific research team building; Fourth, encourage young teachers to regularly participate in reading exchange meetings and seminars, and actively participate in academic activities "going out"; Fifth, call on young teachers to think about the textbook knowledge system, find loopholes in the textbook system in daily teaching, try to build a new knowledge system, and deepen scientific research and research by grasping the loopholes and filling the system.
Subsequently, the young teachers of the college summarized and reported on their recent work, communicated with the college leaders about the confusion and pressure in teaching and scientific research, and at the same time put forward their own suggestions on the construction of the college's scientific research team.
Finally, Secretary Liu Jie taught young teachers an ideological and political class by interpreting the three questions "What are the fundamental issues of our party's education, how do we view this teaching job, and how should we do it as a good teacher", further enhancing young teachers' pride, identity and sublimity for this profession, and encouraging them to integrate into the political management family as soon as possible and contribute to the high-quality development of the college.
