This will have a significant and far-reaching impact on Beijing's social, political, economic, cultural, and educational construction, the expansion of Beijing's political influence, the establishment of Beijing's image as an international metropolis, and the improvement of Beijing's core competitiveness.

一、 Evaluation Principles
