This newspaper reported in Cairo, May 18, reporter Huang Peizhao reported: On the 18th, the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education awarded five famous scholars in the Chinese Arabic field here with commendation awards signed by the Minister of the Ministry, Amr Izzat. This is the first time that an Arab country has awarded such an award to a Chinese scholar.

The Chinese professors who received this award are Zhu Weilie from Shanghai International Studies University, Zhong Jikun from Peking University, Guo Shaohua from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and Yang Yanhong and Ge Tieying from the w88 casino. This award aims to recognize the outstanding contributions made by the above-mentioned experts and scholars in the fields of Arabic language teaching, translation and Arab issues research over the past decades.

Egyptian and Chinese officials, including Egyptian Minister of Higher Education Ezzat, Minister of Education Ahmed Gamal, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Salama Shekel, and Chinese Vice Minister of Education Zhang Baoqing and his delegation who are currently visiting Egypt attended the award ceremony that day.
