Liang Huizhen, a Grade 21 Macao student from the China w88 casino of Finance at the w88 casino, won the New Seedling Award in the competition for her joint paper with Zhang Heming from Ningxia, "Exploration of Low-altitude Economy to Help Macao Diversified Development Paths." The collection of award-winning papers has been officially compiled and published by the Commercial Press of Macau.
This essay competition is jointly organized by the Beijing Liaison Office of the Central Government in the Macao SAR, the Beijing Office of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, and the Hong Kong and Macao Research Institute of the Central Hong Kong and Macao Office. It aims to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland, and at the same time focus on cultivating young talents engaged in "one country, two systems" research. The competition attracted a total of about 500 college students from more than 70 universities at home and abroad to participate, and 75 winning papers were ultimately selected.

Liang Huizhen expressed her pride and excitement in her acceptance speech: "I feel extremely honored and excited to win the New Seedling Award. This is not only an affirmation of my academic pursuits, but also an ardent expectation for the future development of Macao. As an emerging economic form, the low-altitude economy has huge development potential for micro-economies like Macao. "With its unique geographical advantages and rich tourism resources, Macao has the natural conditions to develop a low-altitude economy." She further elaborated that Macao can rely on its geographical advantages, profound historical and cultural heritage, and newly defined maritime rights and interests to promote economic diversification by developing a low-altitude economy, such as establishing a pilot license training base and promoting low-altitude tourism projects. This will not only enhance the international competitiveness of Macao's tourism industry, but also inject new impetus into the sustainable development of Macao's economy.

Liang Huizhen went from Macau to Beijing for further study. She is like a messenger of cultural exchange, promoting the exchange of culture and academic ideas between the two places. Talking about her study experience in the Mainland, Liang was filled with emotion: "Studying and living in Beijing has greatly expanded my academic horizons and immersed me in a diverse cultural atmosphere. Here, I not only absorbed a wealth of financial knowledge, but also made friends from all over the country. These valuable exchanges and experiences have greatly enriched my life experience."
Liang Huizhen also expressed the close connection between Macao youth and the motherland: "As young people in Macao, we are inseparable from the motherland. Our education, culture, and economic development are closely related to the motherland. Macao youth have the responsibility to have a deep understanding of the development of the motherland and actively participate in national construction. Through education and academic exchanges, we can better understand the national strategy, closely integrate personal development with national development, and contribute youth to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation."
