This mental health activity was hosted by Teacher Cao Xu of the Level 2 Psychological Counseling Station. The psychological committee member and dormitory director participated in this activity.

This event is centered around psychologist Joseph Campbell's world-renowned masterpiece - "The Hero with a Thousand Faces", and is divided into three parts, "Recognizing Self-Emotions", "Connecting Stories through OH Cards" and "Sharing Feelings".

At the beginning of the activity, Teacher Cao Xu introduced how to use the OH card. She invited the students to randomly select an OH card, describe the content on the card and share the connection between the card content and their personal life status this week. Later, Teacher Cao Xu introduced the classic book "The Hero with a Thousand Faces" to the students, revealing the only way to create a traditional hero: starting a journey, going through trials, and returning with glory.
