Impression of Mengniu—Impressions after visiting Mengniu’s production line

On the morning of November 26, more than 50 classmates from the w88 casino of Foreign Languages and I, led by counselor Zhao Fengqin, took a bus to visit the Beijing Branch of Mengniu Group in Tongzhou, Beijing. Following the guide, we visited the production line of Mengniu Group for an hour. Although the visit was short, I was deeply impressed by Mengniu Group’s strict but humane management style, simple and practical corporate culture, and sales model that emphasizes efficiency and pursues win-win results.
Cloth shoe covers
Before the visit, we changed into shoe covers as required. Such a request is not surprising, but what is strange is that the shoe covers we got were made of cloth. When I asked, the instructor told me that plastic shoe covers are not used. Firstly, they choose reusable cloth shoe covers for environmental protection, and secondly to prevent everyone from slipping. The first time I entered Mengniu, I was impressed by the company's meticulous work in such details.
Strict standardized management
Everyone’s office is transparent, from managers to employees. As long as you work in the office, your every move will appear in front of your colleagues. Chatting, reading newspapers and even drinking water are prohibited, and nothing can be placed on the table except necessary office equipment. Each employee's work has clear points deduction principles every day, which are then announced on the bulletin board. There will be a comprehensive assessment at the end of each month. On the bulletin board, I found that each employee's score is accurate to two decimal places. If an employee fails the assessment for three consecutive months, no matter who he is, he will be laid off. Seeing this made me realize more clearly that even if I graduate from college, I cannot stop moving forward.
Pursue win-win
The huge Mengniu Group does not have its own milk truck. When I learned this fact, I was really confused. It turns out that in order to reduce expenses and management and stimulate the development of the surrounding transportation industry, all the milk trucks of Mengniu Group are rented. “Shareholders want returns, banks want interest, partners want to make money, employees want income from work, and folks want taxes”, a few simple words express the group's pursuit of win-win results. If you want to get more for yourself, you must consider letting the people around you get more. This is not only the principle of doing business, but also the principle of life.
The most important word - Germany
“Small victory depends on wisdom, big victory depends on morality” “Those with morals and talents should be reused in an exceptional way; those with virtues but no talents should be trained to be practical; those with talents but no virtues should be restricted in employment; those without talents and no virtues must not be employed”... Slogans about moral character can be seen everywhere in Mengniu Company. Putting "morality" before "talent" and "wisdom" shocked me again. I asked myself, after studying hard for so many years, can I be called a real "talent" in the future?
The visit is over, but the shock in my heart is still burning. I hope that in the next few years, this shock can be turned into motivation to move forward.
