w88 News Network (contributed by the w88 of Marxism)On April 24, in order to relieve academic pressure and promote mental health development, Class 2301 of the w88 of Ideological and Political Science and Technology of the w88 of Marxism held a psychological class meeting "Color relief and paint new energy", and invited psychological counselor Pan Mengjia to participate in the guidance. This class meeting uses painting as a medium, and through interesting interaction and interactive experience, students can help them release pressure and perceive themselves in painting, enhance understanding and deepen friendship through interaction.

At the beginning of the event, Teacher Pan guided the students to warm up through the "free graffiti" stage. Accompanied by the soothing music, the students closed their eyes and took deep breaths, and gradually relaxed their bodies and minds. Then they used their non-censored hands to graffiti on white paper, calming their bodies and minds in the music, opening the floodgates of their souls for subsequent activities.

In the "Emotional Graffiti" stage. The students were divided into two groups, sharing their paintings with each other and giving feedback, and then recreating their paintings. Through heart-to-heart communication, they experienced the power of understanding and trust, and turned spiritual resonance into motivation to move forward, helping students self-regulate and make progress in pressure.
In the joint painting process. The ten students were divided into two groups, each group of five people created in turn, and used the power of group collaboration to jointly complete a picture with the theme of "Energy Garden".

In the final sharing session, the two groups of students talked about their experiences, shared their feelings when drawing, and the thoughts brought to themselves by other people's paintings. Through the narration and insight, everyone connects each other's hearts, and freezes the insights and gains from painting in this sincere conversation.
This psychological class meeting ended successfully. The students used their brushes as boats to release pressure, stretch their body and mind, and heal their minds in the ocean of colors, which not only relieves learning pressure but also resolves growth anxiety. In the future, the college will continue to pay attention to mental health issues, help all classes continue to innovate forms of psychological activities, help students embrace life with a more positive attitude, and provide more solid guarantees for students' physical and mental health development.
