To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Administrative Law Research Society of the China Law Society, the conference announced and commended the "Lifetime Achievement Scholars" of China's Administrative Law, the "Outstanding Contribution Scholars" of China's Administrative Law, and the "Honorary Scholars Who Have Engaged in Administrative Law Teaching and Research for Forty Years", announced the "Forty Years of Outstanding Achievements of China's Administrative Law", announced the "Outstanding Papers of the 2025 Annual Conference", and awarded the 12th "Ying Songnian Administrative Law Scholarship".Zheng Yafang's academic paper "On the Principles of Cost-Benefit Analysis in my country's Administrative Law: Theoretical Justification and Application Development" won the first prize of "Forty Years of Outstanding Achievements in Chinese Administrative Law", and Kong Xiangwen's academic paper "The Function and Boundaries of Disclosure of Administrative Penalty Decisions" won the second prize of "Forty Years of Outstanding Achievements in Chinese Administrative Law".
