The "China WTO Moot Court Competition" is one of the models for my country's close cooperation between government, industry, academia and research in the field of the World w88 Organization (WTO). This year’s competition title is based on the incident in which the Trump administration of the United States imposed a ban on the overseas version of “TikTok”. It is assumed that it will resort to a series of laws after the WTO dispute settlement. It focuses on examining the contestants’ opinions on the WTO under the digital economy. To grasp the issues of intersection and integration between law and international investment law, it specifically focuses on the overlapping areas of the most-favored-nation obligation under WTO service w88 rules and the investment protection provisions in bilateral investment agreements, while taking into account hot topics such as national security exceptions, which has clear practical significance and is quite forward-looking.

In the final, the University of International w88 and Economics team competed with the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies team. Facing the judges' more intensive and pointed questions, the two debaters responded calmly. With their mastery of the case and WTO judgment, they timely and accurately captured the key points of the judges' questions, delineated the boundaries of questions and answers, and responded accurately with solid professional skills, meticulous thinking and substantial research results. They achieved smooth communication with the judges and were highly praised. In the end, the University of International w88 and Economic Cooperation lived up to expectations and won the championship. The current team was recruited and formed by the previous student coach Xu Qun and veteran players Wang Xinyi, Wang Haoxu, Xu Kui, Ren Xiaohan, Zhang Duanning and other students, and will provide full professional support in the subsequent preparation competition.
