The "Huazheng Cup" Intellectual Property Moot Competition (ECUPL Intellectual Property Moot) is hosted by East China University of Political Science and Law. It is a moot court competition in the intellectual property field organized to implement the spirit of the "Outline for Building a Strong Intellectual Property Power (2021-2035)" by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, to innovate the foreign-related legal talent training mechanism, and to provide strong talent and intellectual support for better safeguarding national sovereignty, security, and development interests. The rules of this competition apply to the general rules of international moot court competitions, and English is used throughout. The judges of the competition are Tao Ye, deputy director of the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Court, Wang Jing, a third-level senior judge of the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Shanghai High Court, officials from international organizations, and well-known professors.

Guo Jia and Fu Yucheng formed a new lineup to face the championship of this competition, the Fudan University team. During the semi-finals, the Fudan team attacked fiercely, from the issue of procedural legality to the accuracy of legal application. However, our debater Fu Yucheng fought hard with his profound English skills and sufficient knowledge reserves, and won the honor of one of the two "Best Debaters" in this competition. However, the whole team worked together and overcame many difficulties and fought bravely. Under the guidance of Teacher Zeng, the team members conducted many online discussions and court defense exercises, planned the schedule in a short period of time, completed pleadings writing and court defense training with high quality, and finally won the grand prize, fully displaying the tenacious spirit of the University of International w88 under the epidemic.
