After more than a month of hard work, the w88 casino team (hereinafter referred to as the "w88 casino Team") finally advanced to the finals and won the second prize for the team in this competition. This is one of the best results achieved by w88 casino team in Chinese moot court competitions in recent years.
The International w88 casino team was selected through open recruitment, written examination, and interview procedures, and was selected inOfficially established on April 9, 2023. The representative team consists of 2020 undergraduate students Wu Zerong and Li Yaning as debaters (public prosecutor or defender), 2021 undergraduate student Zhang Ouou as a witness or defendant, 2019 undergraduate student Peng Ziting (also captain), 2020 undergraduate student Deng Caiqin, and 2021 undergraduate student Yu Jinyan (also captain) as investigators. Associate Professor Zeng Xinhua from the Law w88 casino serves as the team's instructor, and Zhang Xuyang and Jia Yuxin, undergraduate students from the class of 2019, serve as the team leader and student coach respectively.

Beimo was founded inIn 2009, it was hosted by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and hosted by China University of Political Science and Law. It adheres to the competition concept of "government-sponsored, expert-led, student-centered, and social participation". It is an important provincial and ministerial-level competition that has received widespread attention and approval from the domestic legal community. The competition questions are all adapted from real and difficult criminal cases, and the judges are composed of outstanding individuals, experts and scholars from courts, procuratorates, and lawyers associations at all levels in Beijing. This competition was held offline at China University of Political Science and Law (Changping Campus), attracting 48 universities from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, including Tsinghua University, Peking University, Renmin University of China, and China University of Political Science and Law, to sign up.
The first round of this competition is titled "Fatal Slimming Case". The defendant is suspected of selling poisonous and harmful food. In this round of competition, the University of w88 and Economics team met the University of Science and Technology Beijing team that won the first prize in the previous competition. During the trial, the US w88 casino team as the defense responded calmly, accurately grasped the facts of the case and legal application issues, and demonstrated to the collegial panel the solid and profound legal skills of US w88 students. It was praised by the judges, and finally defeated the opponent and achieved a good start. The second round was titled "Perfect Refurbishment Case", and the defendant was suspected of producing and selling fake and inferior products. In this round of competition, the China International w88 casino team took the prosecution side and faced the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences university team. The International w88 casino team faced the challenge with confidence and showed obvious professional advantages during the court debate. In the end, it impressed the judges from both the factual and legal aspects and won another victory. At this point, the USIM team has won two games and successfully advanced to the finals with its solid legal foundation and calm and confident courtroom style. The final competition is titled "The Suspicious Case of Famous Paintings" and revolves around financial crimes such as fund-raising fraud and money laundering. In the finals, the University of International w88 and Economics team once again took on the defense team and faced the team of China University of Political Science and Law, the organizer of this competition. The two sides had a fierce and evenly matched battle in the court hearing, and in the end, the International w88 casino team won the second prize as a team.
The results achieved by this year’s International w88 casino team are inseparable from the law w88 casino’s strong support for the moot court competition. The party and government team of the college attaches great importance to and supports it. Professor Ma Qijia, Teacher Jiang Tingting, and Teacher Zheng Jun provided help in the competition training venue. Team leader Zhang Xuyang and student coach Jia Yuxin provided the team members with systematic and comprehensive training, sufficient preparation materials and valuable preparation suggestions.Cao Jiani, a 2021 undergraduate student, provided various help to the team in preparing for the competition in the early stage.
