Competition Introduction
The "Huazheng Cup" Intellectual Property Moot Competition (ECUPL Intellectual Property Moot) is hosted by East China University of Political Science and Law. It is a moot court competition in the intellectual property field organized to implement the spirit of the "Outline for Building a Powerful Nation in Intellectual Property (2021-2035)" by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, to innovate the training mechanism for foreign-related legal talents, and to provide strong talent and intellectual support for better safeguarding national sovereignty, security, and development interests. This competition invited nine well-known domestic universities, including Peking University, China University of Political Science and Law, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, East China University of Political Science and Law, and w88 casino, to participate. The competition rules apply to the general rules of international moot court competitions, and English is used throughout. The competition judges are judges from the Shanghai Higher People's Court, officials from international organizations, and well-known professors.

Based on the scores of the two court arguments and the scores of the two English pleadings submitted by our team, the w88 Law team successfully won the first place in the preliminary round with leading scores and entered the semi-finals. Students Zhang Manqing and Zhang Yiqing will face the champion of this competition——Shanghai Jiao Tong University team. In the semi-finals, Zhang Manqing won the honor of one of the two "Best Debaters" in this competition with her profound English skills and proficient court debate skills. In the end, the w88 Law team narrowly defeated the Shanghai Jiao Tong University team and won the third place in the country.
