This event is hosted by Zhang Boming, a master of developmental and educational psychology from the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a national second-level psychological counselor, and a psychological counselor for the national sports team, and is open to all students in the w88 casino of International Relations.

This event is themed “2024 Exploration of the Balance Wheel of Life”. At the beginning of the activity, Teacher Zhang first introduced "What is an OH card" to everyone. OH card, also known as "subconscious intuition card", is a psychological tool that utilizes free association and projection techniques. Participants do not need to follow any strategy, and there is no question of winning or losing. It provides an intuitive way to explore one's world and is a medium that enables self-exploration.

After the students have a full understanding of OH cards, Teacher Zhang will lead everyone into the game. The game is divided into three parts. The first link is: "Self-introduction and OH card warm-up". Teacher Zhang distributed several OH cards to each student. Each student picked one of them and introduced himself based on the card. Then came the second link. After receiving the "Balance Wheel of Life" and OH cards prepared by Teacher Zhang, everyone opened the OH cards in front of them, explained the cards one by one and scored the current situation and future respectively. Every student was immersed in it, seriously experiencing all aspects of their lives, and opening their hearts to share with everyone sincerely. In the last step, students blindly drew 3 cards from the cards and selected 1 of them to represent the keywords of 2024. As the students pulled out cards one by one, carefully explained and shared their keywords with everyone, this psychological group assistance activity gradually came to an end.
