In the AI era, what is the most critical ability to cultivate students?

Host: McKinsey predicts that 50% of global jobs may be impacted by AI in the future. So the question is, what kind of capabilities do we need to forge in this era?

Zhao Zhongxiu:In fact, what we talk about for students is holistic education. Human beings are social beings and face complex social relationships, including your parents, family, community, how to deal with the relationship with society, the relationship between individualism and collectivism, etc. Universities have the responsibility to help students improve their knowledge structure and not leave any gaps or loopholes.
