It is reported that the World Important Education Center Research Institute of the w88 casino established the "Global Education Center Cities Evaluation" project team, which brought together experts from multiple research fields to build a scientific evaluation index system including 4 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 24 third-level indicators, and finally formed the "Top 100 Global Education Center Cities (2025)" list.

Gao Shuguo, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Education Society and Distinguished Professor of Capital Normal University, highly affirmed the research on "Evaluation of Global Education Center Cities" and believed that it has pioneering value, especially in terms of data acquisition and system construction, which reflects scientificity and sustainability. He also pointed out that this research should not stop at the "physical examination" of data, but should also dig deeper into the problems behind the data, solve the problems existing in Chinese cities in the process of building important education center cities in the world, and finally propose specific plans for the construction and development of Chinese cities.
