Our practice can be summarized in three sentences:
The first is to enter the classroom as well as the lecture hall.Many teachers in our team have been teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels for a long time. Zhao Zhongxiu:Young teachers are indeed the successors of the "Huang Danian Spirit" and the main force in future subject development. In the training process, we place more emphasis on "guidance in the process" and "transformation in the role."
First, take it in real missions. The "Huang Danian Spirit" cannot be internalized through lectures. Young teachers must be allowed to realize its value in real teaching, scientific research, and social services. We will allow young teachers to participate in national-level projects, international conferences, and policy consultations as early as possible, and put them in real situations for training.
Secondly, it is transformation in multiple roles. We hope that young teachers will not only be "teachers", but also curriculum builders, academic contributors, policy observers, and international communicators.
