After the unveiling ceremony, Wu Chen, executive director of the Judicial Adjudication Research Center, released the "Guidelines on Corporate Law Judgment Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines").该指引通过对公司法纠纷案件的场景化梳理、归纳与总结，整理出21类公司相关案由的常见争议，以最高人民法院指导案例、人民法院案例库的入库案例等权威案例为依据，总结、提炼出裁判规则。吴晨认为，《指引》的创新之处主要体现在三个方面：体例精准便于实务应用，层次分明兼具理论前瞻性，案例来源权威确保规则稳定性。
