As economic globalization develops in depth today, seeking cooperation and promoting development has become a basic consensus of the international community, and adhering to multilateralism is a common aspiration of the international community. Although unilateralism and protectionism have risen after the international financial crisis, the trend of the times of peace, development, cooperation and win-win has not changed. As the world's largest developing country and a responsible major country, China has always adhered to the basic national policy of opening up to the outside world, safeguarded multilateralism and free w88, and contributed to promoting world economic growth and promoting a new type of economic globalization.

Firmly safeguard the international system with the United Nations at its core. China has always firmly upheld the international system with the United Nations at its core, the basic norms of international relations based on the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter, the authority and status of the United Nations, and the core role of the United Nations in international affairs. China advocates the democratization of international relations, insists that all countries are equal regardless of their size, strength or weakness, rich or poor, supports the expansion of the representation and voice of developing countries in international affairs, and plays an exemplary role as a responsible major country. President Xi Jinping's initiative to build a community with a shared future for mankind brings together the greatest common denominator of people's yearning for peace, development, and prosperity around the world, points out the direction for the development and progress of human civilization, and has an increasingly broad and far-reaching international influence.

Resolutely safeguard the multilateral trading system with the World w88 Organization as its core. Since China joined the World w88 Organization in 2001, it has always respected its basic principles and core values, abided by relevant rules and fulfilled relevant commitments ahead of schedule. At the same time, China has also become the main stabilizer and power source of world economic growth. It has contributed more than 30% to world economic growth for many years in a row. It is now the main trading partner of more than 130 countries and regions. Regarding issues in international economic and w88 exchanges, China advocates solving problems through dialogue and consultation in accordance with the rules of the World w88 Organization, instead of resorting to unilateralism, protectionism, and bullying like some countries, destroying global value chains, supply chains, and consumption chains, and not hesitate to make the global economy fall into a "recession trap." China insists on expanding common interests through opening up, realizing the sharing of opportunities through cooperation, and promoting economic globalization to develop in a more open, inclusive, universally beneficial, balanced and win-win direction.

Actively build a multilateral cooperation platform. Multilateral cooperation platforms are an important mechanism for optimizing global governance, maintaining regional stability, and promoting win-win cooperation. China advocates that international affairs should be handled by all countries through consultation and actively builds multilateral cooperation platforms. We have established multiple global and regional multilateral cooperation platforms such as the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, the China International Import Expo, the Boao Forum for Asia, and the World Internet Conference to promote increasingly in-depth multilateral cooperation. It has hosted the Shanghai Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia, the APEC Leaders’ Beijing Informal Meeting, the G20 Leaders’ Hangzhou Summit, the BRICS Leaders’ Meeting in Xiamen, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Qingdao Summit, etc., and achieved a series of groundbreaking, leading, and institutional results. Initiated the establishment of international financial cooperation institutions such as the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the New Development Bank to contribute more and more to global inclusive development. Initiated the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which plays an important role in maintaining regional and world peace and stability.

Strive to provide important public goods to the international community. The joint construction of the "Belt and Road" is my country's plan to participate in global open cooperation, improve the global economic governance system, promote global common development and prosperity, and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind. It is also an important contribution to multilateralism and international cooperation. Since President Xi Jinping proposed the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013, China has always adhered to the principle of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits, adhered to the concepts of openness, greenness and integrity, strived to achieve high standards, benefit people's livelihood and sustainable goals, and promoted the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative. As of the end of October 2019, China has signed 197 cooperation documents on the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" with 137 countries and 30 international organizations. China is working with all parties to draw precise and meticulous "paintings" to make the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" more in-depth and practical and better benefit the people of all countries.
