The COVID-19 epidemic has posed a huge threat to the life safety and health of people all over the world, and is a common challenge facing all mankind. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "Public health security is a common challenge facing mankind, and all countries need to work together to deal with it." Our country has always adhered to the concept of putting people first and life first, and in accordance with the general requirements of firm confidence, working together in the same boat, scientific prevention and control, and precise policy implementation, we adhere to nationwide mobilization, joint prevention and control, openness and transparency, and mobilize the strength of the whole country to fight the epidemic. At present, my country's staged results in epidemic prevention and control have been further consolidated, important progress has been made in resuming work and production, and economic and social order has been restored at an accelerated pace. At the same time, our country has always adhered to the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind. It is not only responsible for the life safety and health of its own people and people around the world, but also responsible for global public health, fully demonstrating the responsibility of a responsible country.
Strengthen international cooperation and safeguard global public health security. In today's world, mankind is facing more and more common challenges. In the face of global risks such as major infectious diseases, no country can respond alone, and no country can retreat to an island of self-isolation. Only by adhering to the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind, working together, and helping each other can we effectively respond to challenges and build a beautiful planet Earth. The epidemic spreads quickly, has a wide range of infections, and is difficult to prevent and control. It not only tests the public health governance level of various countries, but also further highlights the importance of strengthening international cooperation. China has always adhered to an open, transparent and responsible attitude, promptly released epidemic information at home and abroad, shared virus research results as soon as possible, and strengthened international cooperation in the research and development of antiviral drugs and vaccines. At the same time, we maintain good communication with the World Health Organization, conduct technical exchanges by dispatching medical expert teams to countries with severe epidemics, hold video conferences with relevant countries and international organizations, and promptly share laboratory testing, epidemiological investigations, clinical diagnosis and treatment plans, and epidemic prevention and treatment experience, so as to jointly maintain global public health security and order.
Actively provide help to demonstrate China’s strength in epidemic prevention and control. Currently, the COVID-19 epidemic is spreading around the world, and countries are facing severe challenges. While doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control at home, my country has actively provided assistance to the international community within its capacity, done everything possible to encourage domestic enterprises to expand the production and supply of key medical protective materials, smoothed the export channels of protective items and medical supplies, and strived to safeguard the common interests of all countries in the world. Some social organizations in my country have also actively provided donations to relevant countries through various channels. For example, the Red Cross Foundation of China has established the "Anti-epidemic International Humanitarian Assistance Fund" to mobilize social forces extensively to raise funds and protective materials to assist countries and regions severely affected by the epidemic, injecting positive energy into the global fight against the epidemic and maintaining international public health security. Not only that, from the unified and efficient command system to scientific and precise prevention and control strategies, from the concept of serving the people and relying on the people to the prevention and control model of moving the gateway forward and lowering the focus, my country's prevention and control strategies, methods, and technologies have withstood the test of practice and are contributing wisdom and solutions to the world's epidemic prevention and control.
Resumption of work and production in an orderly manner will contribute to stabilizing the world economy. Our country has the world's largest manufacturing system with the most complete categories and the most complete supporting facilities. It is an important link in the global industrial chain and plays a vital role in the global value chain. With the in-depth development of economic globalization, my country's supply chain and industrial chain and the global value chain are deeply integrated and nested in each other. The epidemic has had a comprehensive impact on global production and demand, and also poses a severe challenge to the global industrial chain. Only by controlling the spread of the epidemic can we consolidate the confidence of various countries and stabilize the world economy. Countries should work together to increase macroeconomic policy hedging to prevent the world economy from falling into recession. At present, stabilizing the economy is an important prerequisite and foundation for our country to assume its responsibilities as a major country. On the premise of ensuring that epidemic prevention and control is in place, my country has timely introduced a series of support policies such as fiscal, taxation, finance, and insurance to fully help enterprises alleviate their difficulties; open up key links, actively promote the resumption of work and production of enterprises and institutions in an orderly manner, ensure that foreign w88 and foreign-invested enterprises resume work and reach capacity, ensure the stability of international w88 and production capacity cooperation, and make active efforts to keep the global supply chain smooth and the industrial chain intact, and to avoid market turbulence. This not only resolves urgent needs for enterprises, but also provides a strong guarantee for the economy to resume stable and orderly development, and maintains the security of the global supply chain.
